MAX

Media Authority Exchange

Large companies own an audience they never put to work. Smaller ones are looking for an authority they have yet to earn. MAX brings the two together, produces what has to be published, and answers to both sides.

Two markets that never talk to each other

They have every reason to agree and nowhere to meet.

Those who hold the authority

Banks, property groups, manufacturers, schools, hotels, media. An old domain, settled traffic, a newsletter people read, a partners page, a professional community. A media asset that earns nothing, for want of being organised.

Those who lack it

Solid companies nobody knows yet. They want to be seen where their buyers already read, to be believed before they are met, and to leave a trace that stays. They pay for advertising that goes out the day the budget stops.

What is missing between them is someone to negotiate, produce, vet, measure and invoice. That is what MAX does.

Four kinds of placement

None of them is selling a link.

Partnership

Two companies that genuinely work together say so on their sites: a partners page, a delivered project, photographs, a quote from the person in charge. The relationship comes before the page — we do not manufacture a partner for the occasion.

Sponsored content

An article, an interview, a case study, a newsletter slot, a social post. The content gives the host site’s reader something, the commercial relationship is disclosed, and the links carry the attribute Google asks for.

Authority PR

Op-eds, expert interviews, sector reports, studies with figures. Mentions and links come because the content earns them. It is slower than buying a placement, and it is what lasts.

Sector network

Property, tourism, cars, business services: every industry is a chain of suppliers who gain by citing one another. Developer, architect, engineering office, craftsman. MAX maps it and opens the doors.

What we bring

We do not rent placements. We build them.

A link-building agency buys space on sites it knows nothing about. We build the sites. Eight companies have handed us theirs: we hold the architecture, the content and the measurement. When MAX puts up a partners page, an article or a newsletter, it goes exactly where it works, and we know what it returned.

The MAX inventory is not a bought address book. It is the list of what we know how to run.

Talk
  • We hold the tool

The publisher’s site, its template, its engine: a partners page goes up in an hour, clean, and it holds for years.

  • We know the audience

Traffic, pages read, open rates. The figures come from the measurement installed on the site, not from an outside estimator.

  • We produce the content

Copy, visuals, translation when the brand needs it. The publisher approves, it does not write.

  • We answer for the results

A report at 30, 60 and 90 days: impressions, clicks, referral traffic, inbound enquiries, brand searches.

The MAX Score

A powerful domain with nothing to do with your trade is no use to you. The score rates a placement for you, not in the abstract.

  • Sector relevance

    26/100

Is this site’s reader your buyer? It is the heaviest criterion, and the one the market looks at least.

  • Audience and traffic

    21/100

What is actually read — measured on the site, not guessed at from outside by a tool.

  • Domain health

    16/100

Indexing, age, how clean the link profile is. A domain already sold by the kilo is worth less than it looks.

  • Audience in your market

    13/100

The share of the audience sitting where you sell. A hundred thousand readers elsewhere do not replace a thousand readers at home.

  • Engagement

    10/100

Opens, clicks, reactions. What separates a living audience from a list of addresses.

  • Brand reputation

    8/100

What the publisher’s name passes on to yours the day you appear beside it.

  • Editorial quality

    6/100

The care of the content around your placement. You are judged by your neighbours.

The seven weights are not set by eye. They follow the progression that governs every measurement on this site, the square root of phi: two steps make exactly the golden ratio. They are recomputed for your sector and your market — the same placement can be worth 88 to one company and 48 to its neighbour.

Three tests, or nothing

Every placement takes them before it exists. One failure is enough to turn the campaign down.

Relevance

Does this content make sense on this site? If a regular reader cannot see why it is there, it has no business being there.

Value

Does it give the reader anything? A company mentioned has to answer a question the reader was already asking.

Transparency

Is the commercial relationship disclosed? A paid placement says so, and its links carry the attribute meant for it.

What MAX turns down

  • A partnership manufactured for the occasion.
  • Links in a footer, or hidden.
  • The same exact anchor repeated from site to site.
  • One text published word for word on twenty domains.
  • A page created to capture a domain’s authority, and nothing else.
  • The promise of first place on Google.
  • A guarantee that a link will pass ranking.
  • An industry with no business being on the host site.

Google calls it “site reputation abuse” when third-party content is published on a domain for the sole purpose of exploiting its ranking signals, and it asks for the rel=sponsored attribute on any link coming from a paid placement. MAX applies both. What we sell is an audience, a production and a distribution — never a transfer of ranking.

The newsletter goes out from the publisher, with its own list and the consent it collected. MAX never receives the addresses: only the counters — sends, opens, clicks. That is what data protection requires in Morocco, and it is the only clean way to measure without holding.

How it works

Four steps, one campaign identifier, figures at the end.

01

Frame

Your market, your buyers, what a placement has to return. Without that, the best placement in Morocco is worth nothing.

02

Match

Placements rated by the MAX Score, ranked for your case, with their price, their lead time and what they agree to publish.

03

Produce

Copy, visuals, translation if needed. The publisher approves before publication. The commercial disclosure goes on by default.

04

Measure

Every campaign carries its identifier and its tracking parameters. A report at 30, 60 and 90 days, figures in hand.

Two ways in.

You are looking for authority

You sell to companies and you want to be seen where they already read. We start from your market, not from a catalogue of domains.

Talk

You already hold it

Your site, your newsletter and your audience are worth more than they return to you. You keep the last word on everything published.

Join

MAX is opening its founding programme with ten publishers. We will publish no list until it is signed — and the day it is, every name will be verifiable in one click, like the eight companies in our work.
